Our artwork is crafted with care, with each piece hand-cut and made to order. Since every piece is custom, all artwork is final sale and not eligible for returns.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. To help us assist you quickly, include images clearly showing the damaged area along with the shipping box. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. Please send your photos to (memoryboxcs@gmail.com)

  • Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us at (memoryboxcs@gmail.com) within 1 hours of purchase to receive a refund. Cancellations made within this time frame will incur a transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30. Unfortunately, cancellations made after 1 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

  • American Express credit card transactions: 3.5% + $0.30
