Our artwork is a testament to craftsmanship, as each piece is hand-cut and assembled to order with meticulous care. Due to the bespoke nature of our art, all artwork is considered a final sale and is not eligible for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Success team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair. Please include pictures of the damaged artwork and shipping box to memoryboxcs@gmail.com.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us at [310-736-8262] or [memoryboxcs@gmail.com] within 2 hours of purchase to receive a refund. Cancellations made within this time frame will incur a transaction fee of 2.4% + $0.30. Unfortunately, cancellations made after 2 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

  • International and American Express credit card transactions: 3.4% + $0.30
  • In-store purchases: 2.4%
  • Third-party payment processing: 0.5%.
