  • Processing & Delivery expected time

All our items are made to order. Once you place your order, we start crafting your piece with care and attention to every detail. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, including shipping. We take the time to ensure each order meets the highest standards of quality and is tailored to each customer’s preferences.

  • Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Ground Economy, or Home Delivery service and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Shipping PO Box / APO / FPO

We’re unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses, and any such orders will be canceled. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Ground Economy, or Home Delivery, which require a valid physical address. PO Box addresses can only be shipped using FedEx Ground Economy.

  • International Shipping

We only offer domestic shipping at this moment, including major territories and minor islands.

  • Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we deem at high risk of loss or damage, and also areas that are inaccessible for our delivery services.

  • Track Your Order

A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your order's progress on our courier's website.
