Processing & Delivery Time

All of our items are made to order. Once your order is placed, we begin crafting your item with care and attention to detail. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days before your order is ready to ship.

Delivery time is additional to the processing time and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and package size. We take great care with every order to ensure your item meets our quality standards and is carefully prepared for shipment.

 

Standard Delivery

Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and package size. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

PO Box / APO / FPO Addresses

We are unable to ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses because our orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order. Orders submitted with a PO Box, APO, or FPO address may need to be canceled if an alternative physical address cannot be provided.

 

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain locations where there is an increased risk of loss or damage or where our shipping carriers are unable to provide service.

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you regarding available options.

 

Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your shipment.
