Processing & Delivery Time

All of our items are made to order. Once your order is placed, we will begin crafting your item. Processing times are listed on each product page and typically range from 3 to 5 business days.

After your order is completed, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and package size. Delivery time is additional to the processing time and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

We take great care with every order to ensure your item meets our quality standards and is carefully prepared for shipment.

PO Box / APO / FPO Addresses

We are unable to ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses because our orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order. Orders submitted with a PO Box, APO, or FPO address may need to be canceled if an alternative physical address cannot be provided.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept international orders. We currently ship within the United States only.
