This was so well packaged and the bow and note were very nice. The only thing was the customer service response when I checked on the order was a bit terse and was off putting to me.
I don’t know if it was a copy/paste response, or actually written by a human.
I hope the former, but it may keep me from purchasing there again. Although the product was beautiful.
