I love this frame! Great quality and so beautiful.
Firstly, I can't really comment on customer service as I never interacted with them. The frame was packed very well, so 5 stars for that. It took quite awhile to arrive. For what it is, the frame is not bad, appears to be sturdy. However, it is definitely not wood, nor is it hand painted. It might be a composite base, I'm not sure, but the front of the frame is plastic and the color is not painted on. The ornate details are not nearly as prominent as appears in the description. Lastly the color was not purple, it was almost black. I repainted it just to lighten it up.
Beautiful frame, easy to put my art into, very sturdy. Responsive customer service.
beautifully wrapped, excellent quality
