Very well crafted nice quality frame. Beautiful. It came wrapped really well with a cute personalized ribbon and bow and card. My only complaint (and it’s not that big of a deal really) is the tons of little metal pieces you have to lift up on the back of the frame to get your photo in. They’re a giant pain. The frame was lovely, well made, actually smelled like wood when I opened the box not chemicals. It was exceptionally well packed. The acrylic "glass" had a small scratch on it, there was some sawdust on the item so it may have got scratched in transit, but I had the glass from an old frame so just switched it out. Holds images very securely with lots of nice firm pins. Would buy from this maker again.
